Dear Sir,

I have applied for prepaid to postpaid for this number 7709904444 (diamond number) but my request was rejected stating that "DUE TO INCOMPLETE VERIFICATION" I contacted the verification guy and he said that verification is positive from his side and I need to contact ARC people. ARC people told me that My location is not under postpaid area so prepaid to postpaid conversion can not be done.


But the funny part is My father is already using another postpaid number i.e. 9960301310.

Please help me in this regard

PLEASE NOTE: Address veriofication is already positive.


I am really feeling neglected and distressed as I have spent Rs.6500 for this number. The house is my own (in my father's name) all the proofs are genuine. You can send anybody anytime to verify my address.
