Complaint regarding my Reliance net connect data card Number: 9381456235
Hello All,
I am unable to connect the data card. Whenever I am trying to connect it, it is giving the error as "The Remote computer did not respond".
Today I have called to customer care and they are saying that you have provided the invalid address, so the connection has been terminated.
I have provided the copy of driving license, which is having my Permanent address proof. Last 15 years, I am staying in the same address, which is in my license. I am using the Airtel and Tata Photon+ for past 5 years, still now I did not faced any issues with them, still the connection is in active.
If the address proof is not valid, they have call back to us and request us or order us to submit address proof once again. If it is failed to submit, then they can take necessary actions.
Also, I have asked them to provide the proof, how it can be consider as a invalid address. They have told that we do not have any proof, but they have refused to provide the details.
I have requested them to cancel the connection and please provide the refund. They are saying that the connection has been already cancelled; it is not possible to provide the refund.
Immediate suspension is horrible and strange.
Worst customer care support in this world.

Complain is regarding Reliance Net connect + Data card number 7483269192.
Hi ALL,
I purchased Reliance Netconnect+ data card on 22nd Jun 2011 and subscribed for Broadband+ 3 GB day, 10 GB Night plan (1049/- pm). So that I will get a good surfing and downloading speed.
But from the day I purchased I never got even proper surfing speed. So raised complain on 27/07/2011 regarding poor surfing speed complain no.157918771. So whenever I had chat with customer care guys they used to give me different dates, after some time they started saying issue will be solved by end of November 2011.
But when i again chatted with customer care guy in mid of December for the same complain, so I came to know my raised complain no. was closed without solving my problem. Reliance Guys are so sincere in collecting information about bills are paid regularly, but looks like no one is concerned about the customer issues even if they are ready to shed extra amount for a good service. If Reliance is unable to provide a good surfing speed in Bangalore city how they can promise for a good surfing speed in other cities.
Looks like Reliance Guys are very good in fooling people instead of providing a good service for the amount customers are paying to them.
Is there any way to stop such service providers from fooling Customers….?

Dear sir, recently i have purchased Reliance NetConnect+. and my MDN is 09328398187 and as per the reliance that they offer 3.1 MBPS speed, but we never get download speed more than 40 kbps. the constant download speed is always below to 30 kbps.
1. You are committing to get speed upto 3.1 Mbps whereas we get speeds in KB not in MB.
2.The actual download speed can be seen using any down-loader program like FDM([COLOR=#009900 !important]free download[/COLOR] manager) or directly into download windows of the browser (Internet explorer or Mozilla etc.)while downloading something. The actual speed will be between 10- 15 kbps.
this is fraud. Please solve my problem as earliest as possible.

Hi All,
I got call from social media team person named as Abhijit regarding the complain i made on this website, that my issue has been escalated and it will be solved.
But when i called back to Reliance customer care (180030005555) regarding my issue. I talked to a lady named as Jensy from Chennai.
Really hats off for coordination of Reliance customer care Dept. when i provided my complain number to her she said that there is no such complain no.
(I have proof for the same)
Later when i tried to chat with customer care and i had chat with a man named Davesh probably from Mumbai.
So there was a different story for me he told me that in my home location there is a congestion issue so it will take some more time to solve my issue.
I raised my complain on 27/7/2011 (Compalin no -157918771) still i am getting same reply. I don't understand to solve a congestion issue how long it will take and what is the quality of there technicians.
The worst customer care service of Reliance if you want to experience it TRY IT......!!!
