    Angry airtel digital tv recharge not reflecting

    dear all,
    my airtel digital tv customer id is 3009096435,,

    i would like to point out the inefficiency in the customer care services of airtel digital tv, i had a minus balance of rs 49 in my account,i bought a voucher of rs 100 and sent it on the said format on 19th jan 2012,i didnt get confirmation at first,the second time it replied that the pin is incorrect, even after contacting the customer care and registering the complaint twice, the amount is still not reflected in my account,i spoke to 3 different supervisors, made it clear to them that i have two registered numbers (bsnl and idea),,specially mentioned them not to call on the other number since it belongs to my mom and im not at home currently,,they after contacting me regarding the complaint, assured me that the amount will be reflected within 24 hours,had called my other number,contacted my mom and closed the complaint. i mailed them the scan copy of the voucher recharge as per their request,even after that they haven't reflected the amount,
    i've been calling them for the past 5 days,and yesterday night(23/1/2012) i got a call saying that my complaint has come to notice and some one will contact me "at the eariliest".today morning i got a call asking me weather i had ordered for new aitel dtv connection!!! God knows what kind of communication is going on in their department,,it has been a major waste of time and money for me,their God forsaken customer care is not toll free either, it's a shame on the name on airtel that they take so long to solve an issue as simple as a recharge,they are abusing their customers and this needs to be publicized to warn any one who would be gullible enough to trust airtel with their money

    Default Airtel recahrge of Rs 500/- not reflecting on account 3010330687

    I have made a recharge for my airtel account for digital tv for the above mentioned account number (in subject) for Rs.500/- and got a successful confirmation on 21/May/2012 at 4:20 pm. However the same has not been reflected until now (21/May/2012 at 23:35 pm). I have made 2 service requests for the same, the second ensuring the issue will be rectified in 4 hours. This is highly disappointing considering that I have been affected at every step. The following were the other grievances:

    1. The remote has not been properly configured and cannot control the volume thus enabling me to use tv remote thus making the experience of television viewing uncomfortable

    2. The packages I had wanted was english movies, sports and malayalam channels. I had only sports initially and the sales / service executive activated telugu package for me, the language that I didn't even know. It took another 2-3 calls before I got malayalam and english movies arer still pending.

    3. It took 48 hours for installation (17/May/2012 5:30 pm) however my subscription package started on the day that I made payment (15/May/2012 6:30 pm), which means airtel takes 2 days of the subscription payment from me free.

    If this is the level of service that you're offering an entry customer, I can't imagine the level of service if I remain airtel customer for long.

    I request speedy resolution for these so that I can still trust that airtel keeps up its brand image.
