This is regarding the manipulations of the service provider being done by AIRTEL with us, That:



1. We are an Automobile Company and We got below Corporate connections from Airtel.

A) 8800496641 E) 8800496645

B) 8800496642 F) 8800496646

C) 8800496643 G) 8800496647

D) 8800496644 I)9810769547



2. We have our office at two places . 1 at Gurgaon (Haryana) and other at IMT Manesar, Gurgaon.

3. From the day we got the connection activated, We are not able to talk because of non availability of network at our 2nd office.

4. Within the period of connection all our customers got irritated because of non communication and we lost a lot of business and reputation too.

5. After a lot of request, the Airtel people did not took any action.

6. Finally we requested to Reliance to take over the connection (portability). After a continue follow up, AIRTEL gave a message i.e. MCH Rejected :Contractual obligation violation.



Please, one should tell to those people, that we have not written our business and life on their Name.



We request you to kindly help us to switch the numbers from AirTel to Reliance as we have experienced the Reliance network, better there.



This is also to be noted that We are getting no signals for Airtel that even we can make a single call.
