I receive unwarranted SMS giving scores from 55155 and there s no way to stop this inspire of registering on DND

Airel Fraud I hv Airtel prepaid number where they keep adding Value Added Services (VAS) without taking permission and deduct money.
I receive unwarranted SMS giving property alerts from 54321 and even registering my stop request from that service vide reference no. COVWC20119545094 dated 19.01.2012, they again deduct balance from my account & renewed the subsription for 5 days more on 23.01.2012
