    Default Airtel wrong comiitment while giving me the plan.

    Hi Team,

    Airtel has offered a tariff plan to me when i requested for MNP to migrate in Vodafone, the plan offered was similar to that of Vodafone ecluded CUG services as I have corporate account. As I am a Airtel subscriber for last 7 years so I thought to continue with it,

    They activated the plan on 15 Jan 2012 but when I checked the net services on my phone then I came to know they had given me a wrong plan which is useless for me and I am not able to use my office application on my phone.
    I called customer care and they said to send a mail to 121@in.airtel.com. So I sent a mail on 16 Jan 2012 to 121@in.airtel.com along with nodal officer nodalofficer.del@in.airtel.com and appellate.del@in.airtel.com. I have been following up with airtel customer care and also via email but still they do not resolve my issues.

    I have not been using my phone for last 5 days after talking so many people in airtel customer care as well as nodal officer but everyone give a same reply "Please wait for 24 hours or 72 Hours.

    Please suggest what to do now to handle this sitaution.
