I have requested for mobile port-in from Vodafone Delhi to MTNL Delhi (Comm Id: 0115397, Date: 04 January 2012, UPC: VD165533) for Vodafone Delhi number.
Services stopped by Vodafone could not be resumed by MTNL-Delhi.
Last 5 days I don't have mobile services.

Vodafone and MTNL has no coordination to continue of services.

IF MTNL has no capability then the number must be ported back to the original service provider.

MNP is a good way to cheat people. Companies demotivate customer to use Port-In service.

In India there is no penalties for such offence. Must be high penalties for fault like disruption of services..

Please suggest a way.
