    Default Termination of 8853305855 without prior notice ...

    Dear Sir,

    I had already lodged a complaint against Airtel in this forum before but to no avail. My pre-paid number 8853305855 taken from Allahabad was terminated and was given to some other person without my prior consent. I was out of town and had not used the SIM for a month and a half and they terminated my number and took away all the available balance. The main problem is that they asked for my documents thrice and each time they temporarily disconnected my number and after submitting each time, all my available balance was stolen. The total would be around Rs. 200. I am completely at a loss for words. How can they terminate my number without intimating me when they have both my email address and my residential address (we have to enter those in their forms). Airtel is really a bunch of thieves. I can't stop them but can only request my friends and family to refrain from Airtel connection. I hope you would help me.

    Dear Sir, I hope that you come up with a solution as I am fed up asking for my stolen money. I hope you atleast do justice to your customers whom you have wronged. It is really not expected from such a reputed company to act in this manner.
