    Default Airtel changed my pre-paid plan without notice

    Hi, I am using airtel pre-paid connection 9500000624 and pay per minute plan was in place. I was getting messgaes that my call rates have reduced further to 30p/min for local calls and 50p/min for std calls. I got such sms from 03rd Jan to 11th Jan. And then, from 13th Jan, my plan was changed to pay per second plan charging 1.2p/sec for local calls and 1.5p/sec for std calls. I didn't get any messgae from Airtel regarding any such change. I called customer care yesterday and today and they are telling me that I have recharged on 13th for such plan while I haven't done any recharge in January. My call was put on hold and was supposed to be replied by some senior guy but was never answered. Can I expect any solution from Airtel or shall I change the service provider and approach consumer court against Airtel.
