    Dear sir,


    Iam very much frustrated with your service.Landline: 044-43012823

    1. Last month you have not sent me the bill and disconnected the connection without any prior information because of that my one day business is lost.

    2. Yesterday (26.07.2012) broadband connection got disconnected and contacted your technical team and made a complain ref no:19285744 and told that it will be connected by 7 p.m., yesterday (26.07.2012) but still not connected.


    iam not all satisfied with your service very very very bad service henceforth disconnecting your connection...

    Exclamation How many times do I have to submit documents to Airtel???

    Airtel is sending out messages saying, " As per Govt directives, we have not received your valid documents for your Airtel Postpaid mobile. Please submit your form, photo, ID & address proof within 72 hrs at Airtel showroom to avoid discontinuation of services."

    Question to Airtel presence team (remember you are known for good customer service compared to all other service providers): How many times do I have to take time off and submit these documents to you - I just did less than 2 months ago. Which Govt directive asks for document submission every 2 months? Have you lost the documents that I submitted? My mobile no is 98-451-4802-2.

    Your customer service hangs up phone the moment these questions are asked - check your records, a customer service executive named "Deepika" just hing up a call made at ~2pm 28Jul2012.

    Angry Airtel Customer Care Issue

    Respected Sir,

    This is to inform you that I am a airtel user and using airtel service from past 8 years but now I am really frustrated with your customer care services and I am shocked how rudely and mannerless they are sitting there to provide this services. Last time I recharged my phone for calling abroad but i could not get the services and I called customer care but they did not help me without any refund but I left it. Today i called them to ask about internet connecting issue but instead of giving solution they were giving another numer to call and ask even though that number was also useless. Later I called and ask again they started hunging up call while I am talking and the worst thing is they blacklist me so i would not be able to call customer care at this moment. I am so pissed and frustrated and want to raise my issue that how rude , irresponsible and mannerless people are sitting over there to provide services or help even though they dont know how to talk. Its a big question for airtel provider and i want to complain on consumer court about this issue and i hope they will take a step against these irresponsibility or scaming people

    Default Fake Balance Diduction

    On 26/08/2012 at the time 10:02 pm i got a msg from airtel that i purchase a game and 45 rs has been diducted from my a/c for it... But i didnt try to downlod any kind of service or app which was chargable or which was from airtel live or anything... After that i called in airtel complaint help line 198 bt they told me same story and said only sorry and say that they are unable to do anything in this concern... I get very frustated aftr it... Kindly help me and do the needful...

    dear,sir i registered my complain in customer care about internet connectivity problem complain number is cgpsc30902208935 & they gave me maximum time for solution 4th september and its passed but my problem not solved and i contact many times to customer care.this connectivity problem is in specific area address-sandha, motipur, district-muzaffarpur bihar land mark near mahna chowk pin-843111 this palace all services are work properly but internet not works for a 7days . From these reasons i miss my many works & opportunity . I carried many harm from this & left my data pack benifits

    mere mobile m morning me 20 rupees ka balance tha
    maine Airtel par 5 minute or do other call ki jo ki 30 sec ki hui. ab mera balance 1.38 h
    ye balance kha gya.


    kya Airtel ke deewaliya a gya ye sabsi badi froud company banane ja rhi h.
    to customer care par bat karwati nhi h. karwati h to isake employee itane kam chor h ki 5 se 10 minute information get karne m lag dete h or phone bhi kat dete h. koi satisfied answer bhi nhi dete h.
    or jab chahe tab apni marji se koi service acivate kar deti h or paise kat leti h.

    Default complaint against customer care

    Respected authority,

    my no is 9892538392. I want to lodge a complaint against this airtel customer care i recharged my internet pack and also my balance i have the message stating that the transaction was succesful then again inthe morning i checked my balance and it was showing 07 rs so when i called the customer care executive they told me that it was auto renewed and gave me jourgans regarding it and cancelled the phone withot giving any solutions so i want to complain against the airtel customer care
