Complaint regarding Airtel 3G network issue

    Thumbs down Complaint regarding Airtel 3G network issue

    Past one and half month, I am facing 3G issue over my airtel number.So, I decided to mail the issue to the great nodal officer and airtel presence team …here is what I have written this mail on 10th of January 2011 …

    Respected Sir,
    I have Airtel sim card and my mobile number is 7738****11 and My name is Sachin Gupta.I have 3G service activated and my supported device is Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830 .When i checked the speed of the 3G,i got to know that the speed was below 100kbps.So, I cross checked by inserting another 3G enabled sim and was shocked to see that the speed was up to 3Mbps .I also inserted my Original Sim card to other phone ,the same low speed occurred to another 3G enabled phone. So I complained to 3G support customer care and they assured me that my issue will be resolved within 7 working date and also got the complaint number. I got the call from the customer helpdesk; they asked about the problem and were being told to me that their 3G in my area is working properly. they requested to visit the nearby Airtel Gallery and the airtel customer executive told me that the problem maybe the sim card.So,i changed the sim card for the cost of Rs.50. and I was in SHOCK to see that the speed is as usual the same as it was before.

    So, during last December I complaint about 4 times and visited nearby Airtel Gallery for about 2 times and called customer helpdesk number of times. See the complaint number below:

    And also attacthing the speedtest android software test from my mobile screenshot there u can see the 4th and 6th result came from another 3G enabled simcard from my phone and rest result are from my number....

    So, could you please tell me where should i go now for this matter??....It’s being more than one month since I m facing this problem and I AM CONFUSED WHAT THE ACTUAL PROBLEM IS???

    After sending this mail to nodal officer and airtel presence, today date i called to the 9987244865 number , one of the person called himself as appellate officer named varun attended the call and told me that my complaint is successfully solved.....whenever i place a complaint,i always get an answer that my complaint resolved successfully without intimating me and how can the issue get solved without asking me.? ... i am still facing the problem. When i further asked the person varun,he told me that i am a LAPU customer ,so he cannot solve my problem.IS that tthey reat to RETAILERS?.... are we retailers theif or something,you will treat us rudely...?. i think varun is the owner of the AIRTEL company,is this i got to know by the tone he was talking to me rudely .... if these people are thinking that i am going to take this issue lightly,then they are completely wrong and i am going to mail each and every higher official person and going to talk personally with this issue so that no one else will face this TRAUMA in future....... and i want an apolgy from that cheap fellow VARUN who talk to me rudely inspite of holding a respected position in company as if feels like he is clerk or sum-one below position....Frankly,i didn't expected this cheap things from you people and i am DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE FROM AIRTEL OFFICERS.......

    When my complaint is going to resolve?.... its been more than one and half month gone..... Do anyone care to reply to my query?

    Default Poor Airtel 3G signal in vijayawada

    Dear Sir,
    I brought a new 3G Data card on 04/07/2012 with plan 5gb in Vijayawada. While buying I was informed that 3G service is available in Vijayawada. But from day one I am not getting 3G signal. I called so many times Airtel customer care but no improvement. Can you kindly provide me the details whether really 3G service is available in Vijayawada or not and when can I expect 3G signal. Thank you
