    Unhappy complaint against airtel 3g internet service

    Dear sir,
    i would like to complain that on 11,jan 2012 i activated airtel 3g internet service of rs.750 by getting 4gb of data plan free.
    but when i reached home i find that i am not getting my 3g speed, even when my 3g data balance was full.
    then i thought that may be there would be some problem with my mobile and i exchange with another sim amd i activated rs 3g in it also.
    when i cheked my speed i was able to get more than 300kb/sec. i am now surprise that if my another sim can get 3g speed why wouldnot to the previous one which i had spent rs 750.
    regarding this i have talked twice to the customer care but no reply .
    i have activated twice before also of rs 750 but worked properly i dont know what had happened this time i am not getting my 3g speed by paying rs 750.
    please help. i know that you will take strick actions against it.
