Refer to my complain no 169540980 dated 06 jan 12 and 169743089 dated 08 jan 12 regarding main balance being debited frequently for activation of caller tune/bollywood tune/news pack viz on 05 jan 12 for activation of news pack without any request made by me(customer) from mobile no - 9393521647
previous case
1. On 30 dec 11 rs 30 was debited from main balance for activation of some srvice without my request, when i lodged a complain on 198 amount was refunded back

2. On 27 dec 11 rs 60 was deducted for activation of some service i donot know, again when i protested on 198, rs 60 was refunded into main balance

i m totally fed up calling and lodging complain on 198 but again same thing is repeated next day, i donot know why?
I had also registered request for activation of dnd service vide request no - 13098507547 dated 27 dec 2011, but it is not done till now.

On 05 jan 12 ,rs 30 was deducted for activation of news pack, which i never requested to do so. I registered complain two times but rs 30 was not refunded till now.
I will raise this issue with trai and consumer forum if money is not refunded and further i have already requested for mnp and got the mnp reference no. If u can't sort out this issue and refund my rs 30 back, pl,send my necessary document to tata indicom service because i have decided to switch over to tata cdma network if my problem is not resolved and rs 30 is not refunded to my main balance
