    Lightbulb Fraud Daily subscription for Airtel

    I have bee using Airtel Service from almost last 3 years..

    From Last three months I have been getting renewal massages from Airtel for the service which I have not started (You have been renewed for subscription VideosParlou subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 5.0) daily.

    I have already complained 5 times before. Two times they have given back money. But they have still not canceled my subscription. I am still getting daily massages and deductions. I am really not able to understand what action should i take?? Every time I need to call them and remind them about my non renewal of subscription and seems like they don't care.

    I am thinking of changing my service provider.
