    Post Airtel deducted Rs 200 for no reason..

    I had noticed on 11th Jan 2012 morning that my talk time balance was Rs 267. But later in the evening the balance showed as Rs 67. Airtel deducted Rs 200 for no reason. I tried calling the Airtel customer care which has now become almost impossible to reach.I tried for almost 30 times to get hold of a CSR and i got lucky 2 times but to add on to my frustration both these so called CSRs disconnected my call after asking me to be on hold.Never have i experienced such a worse service in my life..First they rob you off your hard earned money and when you try to inquire, they just hang upon you...Airtel Customer service is so pathetic..I have been a loyal customer all these years but now Airtel is proving to be the worst in the line..Shame on you people...

    My Airtel number is (9550580525). Without my consent they had deducted 20 Rupees from my balance. I got a message stating "Your airtel talkies service has been renewed . You have been charged Rs.20 for 20 days from your airtel mobile account" and the sender is AD-91777. this is message i got. as i got this message i went through *121*5# to check any service was activated mistakenly. it showing that "no service was activated on my mobile". then how could this airtel management deduct my balance. this same thing happened to me twice. I really frustrated with this airtel. I tried to speak directly to customer care executive, but there is no option to get connect to the executive. I have been facing a worst service. they should feel shame on themselves.
