I applied for mnp from vodafone to docomo on the 22nd of december , 2011. I submitted all the required documents and got a docomo sim the same day.My documents were verified the next day.Since then , there has been no progress regarding my mnp request.Its been more than 20 days now.I tried calling the customer service of both vodafone nd docomo.They keep blaming the delay on each other.Especially,Docomo keep me on hold for several minutes then end the call.I am not allowed to take any new scheme in vodafone as they have already ported me out.Whatever formality is left....its left from the docomo people.I fear I will lose my number in all this,which is very imp to me.My UPC is VM629172 and mobile no is 9920787469.Please look into it.
