    Hi,
    I've been using vodafone since last5 years. And i am using vodafone mobile connect (VMC) plan since 2009. Last month (DEC 2011) my services were barred saying that i've exceeded my credit limit of 900 Rs. Upon inquiry from vodafone store i came to know that it was my internet usage which exceeded my credit limit. But i've been using 99 Rs unlimited internet usage plan. So, there was no question of it going above my credit limit. I regestired my first complaint on 24th of december with Mr. Rahul at a vodafone store (Karelibaug, vadodara) and talked to Mr. janak regarding my problem. I was told that my plan was changed to vodafone live because of revised policy of vodafone, which says that for iphone users VMC is not compatible. But without bringing it to my notice either by email or message they changed my plan because of which my credit limit got exceeded.
    Since then i've faced lot of problems. My outgoing calls and messaging service were deactivated till 7th Jan 2012, My internet service is still not working. Repeatedly i've talk to vodafone customer care executives (Ms. lisa, Mr. Janak, Ms. Janaki, Ms. Krishna bhatt, Mr. Ehasaan, Ms.Dhiral) but still my outsatanding bill shows Rs. 2000+ as on date. As a customer i've suffered a lot as my daughter was born on 24th Dec 2011 and since that day my mobile was not working. I was really furious at vodafone people and i pleaded for activation of my services but no body listened. They just kept saying that "Sir, we have forwarded your request to concerned authority".
    Please kindly do the needful in this case as i really want to make them understand that if u value your customer "HELP THEM" in their difficult times.

    Hi sir

    i have been using vodafone CUG connection(8142222247) from past one year, at the time of activating the my number vodafone CUG guys didn't told me any thing about mobile number charges, but recently due to some personal resons i'm trying to migrate this number to pre paid, when i went to vodafone store and asked for the migration they asking me to pay Rs 1000 for mobile number which is not fair, and also corporate care guys are not responding at all. please try to resolve this issue or let me know what should i do.
