Dear Sir,
I am prepaid user of tata docomo and my mobile number is 9276869295.On 28-11-2011 deduction of rs 1100 had been done from my account.....On contacting customer care on 30-11-2011 they informed that they will look after the matter.On 02-12-2011 they called me back and promised me that they will credit 100 rs for every month.
And on the same day 100 rs were credited in to my account........But in January no amount was credited


so its my request to you to look after the matter and gave me best suitable reply.
