When I activated the service initially, the cx. care guy said its unlimited internet through both phone and pc.

When i used internet on pc via device manager, around Rs. 204 was deducted. and i have been complaining about the same with cx. care guys, blackberry email support team, 121 email, airtel presence, etc.. and No Resolution So far.

Now they say it would be chargeable through devicemanager, and they dont support internet through device manager for prepaid no.s, all this should have been told earlier when i asked the first cx. care guy while activating BIS.

All I request them is to reimburse the amount back.
