Hi,
I recently moved from 'Idea 3G Mobile internet' to 'Vodafone post paid 3G Mobile Internet'.
And here comes the trouble. Day1:The service was good. Next day onwards 'NO internet access AT ALL'.
I've lodged few complaints by calling '111' and '198'. They only buy time. Saying-"it will resolve by tomorrow, bla bla bla..."; I felt my complaints are going to deaf ears.
Daily I'm spending time and energy enquiring about my problem, but to see/hear no result
They don't even bother to give any technical details too. Even I suggested to take logs(Air trace or Network logs) when I'm using UMTS and find the problem.
Eventually, I'm in soup, as I've to bear this for 3 months it seems(in case I've to quit Vodafone to some other operator).
So guys, my sincere advise is - DO NOT go to Vodafone 3G Mobile internet. Look for a better one if you know.
