My name is Nithin and I works for an MNC company in India as a Manager. I have a vodafone connection and I was using this for the last 8 years, but recently I changed it to a postpaid connection. Now here starts the real issue, where in am unable to use the mobile at my office premises because of network issue after converting the connection.
I have logged several calls wrt the NETWORK ISSUE in my area, especially near to my office premises. If anyone call me for a concall or any official things I am unable to get connected with them because of the poor network. Last week I had a call with a client from US and because of this issue I postponed the call for the other day where in I committed them that I will attend the call from the other office, all the team got surprised when I told them that its because of the poor network.
I dont want to change my exising number, since all my friends, collegues evry one knows only this number. I need this to be resolved ASAP. Pls share me the contact details of any of the vodafone senior manager. I would like to take it forward or else will try number portability if it allows as per the company policy.
