My name is Mansur, Its is annoying to say airtel customer case is the worst of all the other operators. Without knowingly they will activate any package and say we have activated. When I called customer care executive it tells the date and time(15/12/2011 4:53 PM) of the activation of the package where as I am receiving the message of the packages well before the date(14/12/2011) that CCE told me. When I repeated called several times with the same mobile, it will not reached the airtel CCE. Where as when I called from different airtel number it reached the CCE but he said "wait for a sec we will process the data and tell you" but after almost 7 minute he doesn't return back and my call get disconnected. It is the worst experience that I had. When I called from the different airtel number , trying to ask his name and employee ID. he dined to answer the EMPLOYEE ID he told he name is "MANU". Please help me.
