    Angry Migrating from Tata Docomo prepaid to postpaid

    On 20th of December I had applied for migration from prepaid to postpaid and was given a new sim for postpaid. I was assured that my number would be activated within 72 hours. Right now it is 360 hours and in-spite of over 30 sessions of conversation with the customer care it has not yet been activated. This is very annoying. Two times the customer care executive assured me a callback from a higher officer for resolving of issue but i never got any call, they kept on delaying it by saying it would be done within 24 hours every time.

    Have talked to the representatives at customer chat more than 15 times by now.
