    Default reliance gsm - automatic activation of packs

    Hi,

    I'm TulasiRam and my mobile number is 7569987828. Network is Reliance GSM.
    VAS Packs like Jokes alerts, Love alerts are getting activated automatically on my mobile number without my interaction with phone.(This happens even when phone is switched OFF. Great Reliance Team). Every time a Pack gets activated I've to call 198 and give a compliant.
    This is bullshit. I'm in Do not Disturb registry and still I'm getting messages.
    I've called CC every time. They say you'll not get any calls from next time.
