    Angry No Response from Airtel for Pre-paid to post-paid

    Hi Airtel,

    My name is vivek from Gujarat and i am following up Airtel since month of sep.. for Migrating Airtel Prepaid to postpaid migration with IBM Corporate Plans.. as i am employee of IBM its compulsory for me to take a CUG plan from IBM Approved Service Provider.. since i am very long with Airtel and though that go with my current no to migrate to post paid.. i already followed up with Cut Resp -> Nodal Officer -> and then appleate office (Nisha Rajput) but i am not getting any response.. however i have already submitted all the documents for this procedure but still no response from Airtel..

    My contact no is 9898646077 you can call me and discuss the issue its pending since 4 months.. i think airtel is not interested in customer like me who is connected with airtel more than 5 years..

    Dear Sir

    My airtel prepaid no. is 9958975712,
    I have tried many time with airtel customer care regarding to cancel my porting, but they always disconnect my calls.
    Actually i was frustrated because high cost charging every time. That is way i go to porting facility. But till now they always tel lie to me.

    Unhappy Refund Check fraud- Airtel

    Service Request number 41655631
    --I have not received my refund of November. I was charged double for 735.85
    approx on 11/3. i have been following up since november and never got my
    check.. I have talked on phone and sent several emails. But did not get any
    good response. My all escalations are closed by saying that check has been
    delivered to me.. Or gave me a new request no. with a month time. I have
    raised my concern so many times but did not get any resolution. I am told to
    wait for months on call. and I get the response over email saying issues has
    been raised please follow the below issue nothing else. If my check has been
    delivered. Please give me the tracking no. and courier name so that I can
    contact them.
    I have got two massage in the last 2 months that Airtel was trying to contact
    me but my no. was not reachable and they would call me back. I never got a call
    back but the concern/issue is closed saying i m not picking yours calls.
    Please help or give me an option that I should not be paying my bill untill i
    get my refund check.
    Please if you want to call me call me between 4.00PM onwards as I work in night
    shifts.

    Also the feeback link provided on every mail does not work hence even I can not
    provide the feedback to your respnoses. It says I am not authrized..
    --I also talked to Nodal Office today and she was telling me the same information as an executive was telling me that I need to wait by 2/29.
    Where my concern is if you system says that check has been delivered than where is the check.. whom has it been delivered...
    what is the tracker no. who is courier. Please answer these question. Thanks
