    Angry Unwanted activation of services and charges-DOCOMO

    My Docomo no. is 9029944351 and the card is in the name of Mr.Gautam.


    I am extremely disturbed and troubled by a VAS pack that got activated by mistake.

    I am unable to deactivate the "Yoga Alerts" pack for which i am being charged Rs.30/month.


    I have called up the customer care, sent mails, and what not!


    But i have failed to get a satisfactory response.


    Now, This Grievance is gradually transforming into mental Harrasment.


    Please help me out as soon as possible.

    Angry unwanted service activation

    My Docomo no. is 7208691253 and the card is in the name of mrs milka curzai I am extremely disturbed and troubled by a pack of Time pass games and certain other video pack of rs.40 and am unable to deactivate these pack for which i am being charged. pleass help me]Please help me out as soon as possible Thanks

    Default Breaking News Alerts

    Hi My name is Mahesh
    I had already posted a complaint earlier for the number 8148709054 earlier and one of you had contacted me saying that such services will not be activated again
    Yesterday night i recieved a message saying News alerts have been activated and Rs.10 was deducted from my account

    I am very Unhappy with this!
    I demand a refund and i want to be assured that such services will not be activated without request in the future
