    Angry Complaint against vodafone for bad customer care

    Hi,

    I have Vodafone prepaid number 9764087055 (Mah and Goa circle).
    Today (31st Dec 2011) I activated daily sms pack in the morning (100 sms for Rs 4) and I got the message saying "SMS pack activated valid upt0 31st Dec 2011 midnight" I didnt check my balance unfortunately.
    After sending a few sms messages I realized that I was charged for the same. It was later that I got to know that sms packs are not valid on 31st Dec and 1st Jan.

    I tried calling the customer care, and could successfully make a call after approx 15 tries. I could not talk to the customer care executive as any menu I went to, it said it was unavailable at the moment.

    Would seriously like to know what is happening out here. Most important thing is why an incorrect message? If sms pack is not valid today, it should have said so. Why do we have to scroll to a long slow menu to talk to the customer care executive? (and that is sometimes not accessible as well)

    I would not have sent messages had I known that my sms pack is not valid. I am seriously looking for a refund of my money lost. Although I know I have sent the messages already, It was vodafone's fault.

    Angry Pathetic Service- Fake & commitments VodaFone

    HI ALL!

    I did recharge with VODAFONE voucher of INR1000 on 22nd December 2011,
    3 RECHARGES
    1. INR 1000 CONFIRMATION ON CELL IN MESSAGE - NO ID INFO AVAILABLE WITH ME
    2. INR 333 CONFIRMATION ON CELL IN MESSAGE - NO ID INFO AVAILABLE WITH ME
    3. INR 222 MU11284682452
    I was told about the call charges being reduced for local and STD calls which also happened with unlimited data pack.

    To my surprise on third day itself it showed me data pack utilized 80% consumed, from my i-phone.
    when i tried to complaint it was more than astonishing hat guys didn't knew completely about this pack.
    Later a decent supervisor helped me to resolve the issue on Monday (when i was in Hyderabad, later on Tuesday when i came back Issue was resolved for data pack)


    Now its been height while taking the pack itself it was told it would be valid for one month/30 days, (ELSE WHY WOULD I PAY 1000 INR JUST FOR INTERNET ON CELL PHONE RATHER I WOULD SIT IN CYBER CAFE GIVING THEM 1000 FOR A WEEK)

    NO INTERNET SERVICE AND CALL RATE REDUCTION FACILITY IS WORKING AND AGENT CALLED cc(MR.UMESH) WAS ON LINE WHEN CALLED, SAID TO ME THAT NO FAILITY OTHER THAN DATA PACK IS INCLUDED IN THIS 1000 INR PACK. THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK IN MARATHI OR HINDI EITHER AND TRY TO SPEAK ENGLISH . HAVE NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WHEN I ASKED HIM TO CHECK THE FEATURES ON WEBSITE (SAID SUPERVISORS BUSY AND CANT COME ON CALL, WHEN CUSTOMER IS WAITING AND PAYING FOR THAT CALL)

    VODAFONE IS NOT ONLY GETTING MONEY THROUGH THIS FAKE RECHARGES BUY ALSO LOOTING US THROUGH CHARGING THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTERS WHICH PROVE TO BE FRUSTRATING END OF THE DAY)

    NO COMPLAINT PROVIDED BY MR.UMESH AND NO HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    CAN ANYONE LISTEN FROM CUSTOMER CARE OR ADMINISTRATION OR JUST YOU PEOPLE GIVE CALL CENTER PROJECTS BY TAKING HUGE UPFRONT AND BRIBE TO BOGUS CENTERS ?

    This is inform to you that post paid sim card number 89911500041200284959 mobile number-7408412422 is surrendered on Dt. 22.11.2011 to Vodafone representative and paid all the due amount , but generation of bill is continue i submitted various compliant by telephonically to Vodafone representative but no action taken by them due to which i am in mental depression. . So i request to you please stop generation of bill .

    i purchased new sim of vodafone postpaid number 9796016444 on 5/9/2011.They took charge Rs 600 (500 + 100) i.e 500 for security deposite and 100 for activation charges they told that they will adjust rs 100 with my next bill but when next month bill came they charged again rs 100 as activation charges bill no 0001788617 . i complaint for this to vodafone essar spacetel ltd. shop no.A4 ground floor new commercial complex kc plaza residency road jammu 180001 .i visited many times in there office they told that they had complaint for this but no action was taken regarding this complaint

    i have vodafone connection (9988546510) from last 3 and half years....few weaks ago one caller tune service and one missed call alert is activated even i was not requested these services. they deducted my balance and when i was go to nearest vodafone center in Phagwara(punjab). they are not behave good and told me this is your mistake we can't help you. this is one complaint. yesterday on 8th feb i was recharged on my number one massage pack and one 20 rupees recharge. after recharge one massage is come that free data pack is activated on your number. even i was not used data pack vodafone deduct 15 rupees from my number. and today i m also go to vodafone center and they told me that this is your mistake we can't help u..this all is not happen first time...so many times these things happen with me.
    now i m really fed up from all things . hope you will take a suitable action and refund my balance. Or else i have to change my network after three years;

    my balance is decreasing because they are sayig that i am using internet but i am not using it.when i went to vodafone mini store they told me to go to vodafone gallery.

    I already submitted various compliant regarding to stop the generation of bill of mobile number 7408412422 but i am sorry to say that no action taken from your side.i once again requested that please take matter seriously and stop the generation of bill.I paid all the due amount .

    My Vodafone number is 9167367055. I was in Vasai when the network on my Vodafone cell went down. I Visited the Vodafone Gallery in Vasai [W] and I got to hear those Stamina-giving words from the customer care in the gallery, "We can't Help". My number was from Jogeshwari, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Sim Card is of Maharashtra and Goa Circle and Vasai IS in Maharashtra! They should've helped me! If I'm travelling to somewhere abroad Mumbai (Within MH) and there is a problem with the sim card, does that mean I have to go all the way back to Mumbai leaving my work, just to tell them the problem?!?! Any Vodafone Gallery in MH should take care of a MH Vodafone sim card! It rubbish if they don't!!

    I'm just curious, If I travel abroad of MH for work, does that mean I have to buy one sim card for every state here in India??? The Vodafone guys just keep saying, "I wont do it, its not my duty, get back to Mumbai if you want this problem solved" Moreover, I was shocked when that idiot in Vodafone Gallery, Vasai said, "Go complaint about me if you want!" right on my Face! :@

    I've never like the Customer care in the Vodafone Galleries. They always act as if the customers are some kind of problem and they had to get rid of it as soon as they can! I mean wow! they also say after ESSAR split up from them, the company has been facing troubles. Do I care? That's Vodafone's Problem. I just need a good service and a proper customer care and most importantly, well-mannered people working in Galleries.

    Man, I will never ever buy a new Vodafone sim again that's for sure!
