my name is s.venkata surendra..i had bought a new samsung galaxy note mobile worth 32,199rs in online shopping snapdeal.com...
i got the mobile from them on 19th of december 2011 at afternun 2 pm....the entire packing of the mobile is good..but internally,,the sim tray of that mobile is in damaged condition...so i contacted snapdeal.com and told them my problem..they told me that,,contact nearest samsung mobile service centre and show the problem to them and take d.o.a form from them...then we will replace new mobile to u by taking this back....so that on 20th morning i contacted service centre for d.o.a,,,,but they played so many dramas to give d.o.a to me after seeing the broken condition of the mobile also..they took the mobile from me and stored the mobile upto 2days at them and they asked 2days time for d.o.a....now after 2 days,,they are telling me that..we can replace your sim tray..but we dint give d.o.a to u.......but iam not agreeing for that...its a new mobile....it is in broken condition..how can i accept it...its costly mobile...i got that mobile in defective,broken condition.......please help me sir.......my contact no.is 9533788201 and my id is venkatsury2011@gmail.com
