For my recent China visit , 1st Dec-4th Dec, I opted your roaming facility on my Vodafone number. I hardly used my phone for mails, net surfing etc and made 2-3 outgoing calls for 1-2 mins. and 3-4 incoming calls for 1-2 min.
On Saturday night ,3rd Dec, my wife received a call from Vodafone Ahemdabad and they informed her my bill had reached to Rs 11,000/- @and immediately she informed me about this .Next morning 4th Dec ,at 11.30 am I flew back to India .On 5th Dec I received a call from Vodafone Ahemadabad and she informed me that my bill has reached to Rs 27,000/- and
my outgoing and mail services were barred. Just overnight it has shot up from 11000/ to 27,000/- and there was no use of mobile at all in this period. And now when I received the bill it's for 24,000/-


I immediately informed Vodafone @, Vadodara store about this and they asked to make a part payment of 5000/- Rs. and my outgoing services were activated but data services is inactive till date.
I made complaint about @over-billing error @to your customer care department by mail n phone, to Vodafone store Vadoadra and Vodaphone Gujarat nodal officer. Till date nobody has responded on this issue and I am getting message of making interim advance payment whenever I make an outgoing call.

No body from Vodafone is interested in attending such complaints... It's horrible customer care service
