Hi,

Today i had recharged 99rs for mobile internet but the reliance people had unnecessarily activated an irrelevant home plan to me.
They had charged 99rs.As i thought that the internet is activated i started using it but at the end of the day when i was suppose to make a call then its showing me 200rs. Due to these people i had lost my existing 200rs of balance as well.

I think , this is the most convenient way of cheating public and earning money.

I HAD SUFFERED A LOT BECAUSE OF THIS MENTALLY.
ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST THAT PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REFUND ALL THE EXCESS MONEY WHICH IS DEDUCTED.
