    Default MNP request being rejected by Airtel

    Hi,

    I am a subscriber of Airtel with number 9890905645. I want to port my number to Vodafone and to do that I have sent three porting requests to Airtel but unfortunately every time they were rejected by Airtel citing "contractual obligation". When I call the customer care to know what obligation is there they have no answer for that. They just tell me that back office does this and I should try again. I have tried 3 times already and it has been the same for me every time.

    My first Unique Porting code was AZ189173 vaild till 4th Nov 2011
    My second Unique Porting Code was AZ129715 valid till 23 Nov 2011.
    My third Unique Porting Code is AZ588789 valid till 31 Dec 2011.

    This is clear that they are harassing me and not letting me go though they have no reason to do that. Please help me by taking some action against them which will save me and other customers who want to port from harassment like this.

    Iam change my number to airtel. My mobile number was rejected.my mobile number 9095054878.
    Kindly activate my airtel number.
