I have been using BSNL 35 STV(Earlier known as 17 STV) which gives all on-net night calls at 0.05 Rs./minute(11 to 6am) .
but call rates reduced by the BSNL gujarat circle is very irregular..
they often charged 0.90 ps/mnt basis..during night period between 11 to 12.30 am..
i have complained it to bsnl customer care and BSNL zonal office hundreds of time..
but their executive replied me "it's enough that you have got such a huge discount on STD calls.."
Ridiculous.. .
Please inform me where i have to complaint about this.. and when i m getting benefit of this plan..
