i am facing problem with my BSNLPrepaid GPRS connectivity since 02.12.2011. in this regards, i have submitted my complain 4 times to BSNL care (1503). but they are not resolving my problem. when i m calling them, they are saying to register my complain and to wait 24 or 48 hrs. i followed this process and spent my 15 days. i have checked my GPRS Setting and also changed handset as well as Micromax multi operator Modem. but error is same i.e. "Temporarily network problem" "Link not available". in this regard i have also complaint to my nearest BSNL Exchange office (Waidhan, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh)
