unable to activate hello tune in airtel prepaid Dear sir/madamFor your info, I have migrated my vodafone prepaid number 9943333033 to airtel prepaid very recently by facing lot of technical issues at airtel. Now I can able to receive incoming and outgoing; but I could not able to activate VAS service like hello tune. I dialed 543211 and used 121 service too. But I could not able to activate it. My email I'd is drsaran80@gmail.com. Can you guide me what is the protocol to solve it?

Tried in all the aspect I am not new to airtel and I owned one more airtel which I am using for the past three years. The issue is I could not activate the Hello Tune in any way, like 543211/*9 - copy hello tune /SMS to 543211/678.Originally Posted by rsparvat
