    Angry Airtel rejecting port out

    Hi,
    My port id AX233544 will expires on 21st Dec 2011.
    I raised request for MNP from airtel to IDEA on 9/12/2011 i got SMS saying that
    port request has been rejected by airtel then I called airtel customer care they said i have corporate
    plan so airtel rejected the request.

    As their suggestion i changed plan to individual plan requested MNP again after 7 days got to know
    that port out request had been rejected by airtel, called airtel CC asking the reason for rejection this
    time they said i have pending outstanding balance & unbilled amount which already i paid RS 280
    (OT + UNB - security deposite) on 9/12/2011 in basaveshwar nagar airtel gallary the amount they
    said as CC saying they dont consider security deposit in OT & UNB so accepted i paid remaining
    Rs 315 on 16/12/2011i'e today requested for MNP again now they are not accepting the request itself.

    Here is reason im porting out from airtel - they deducted money from my airtel prepaid no i'e Rs 320 I called
    CC asking for the reason they are saying i activated some service which im not now they barred my prepaid no to reach
    CC..

    Please port out my no..

    Post Port out from Airtel to Idea

    This complaint is regarding Mobile no.9665166938. I have submitted port out request on 14/12/2011.Airtel assured me of release within 7 days but still not done.I have got confirmation call for this several times from different CC with same reason and same chat! Dont know how many times they will confirm!

    When called to CC they say Documnets i.e. ID proof has not been submitted but I have already filled a form for this on 15/12/2011 itself and submitted along with Docs to Airtel.

    Please do the Needful.Need to get rid of Airtel.
