Respected Sir/Mam,

My number 9699260361 reliance gsm prepaid. After almost every recharge my account balance get deducted.After calling on tol free 198 customer service executive misguide and every new executive says somthing new about certain complain,one of them suggest me to activate do not call service so that i can get riggid from frequent deduction..
But its not worth it n when evcer i recharge my accout it get deducted which make me to recharge hrdly 20-30/- Rs.
now when i try to connect CS costomer service they dont atten call and also put my call on n they dont speak.

Kindly help me out so that i can get my money(recharge)refunded.

Its vry offensive that every time from my number certain amount get deducted without any reason and without any refund.




I would appriciate if post on this site can help me as i tried all the possible way..but couldnt got ny certain benefit.

they have given me reply to solve my problem within a period of 3 days, deadlined 14 dec has already gone.
i am just feeling that i am doing conversation not with a reputed multinational company, but with a fraud and unreliable company.

Problem- i had recharched with 24 rs to reduce my STD call, but from last 19 days it is not working ( from the date of recharge). and i am not taking even a short benefit of that recharge..

I just want that you must take a serious and strict action against this offence of a fraud company with its customer..

My no is 8882112165. Reliance sent me a message at 8.15 and deducted 75 rupees from my balance.There was no promotional call or sms before that. Moreover dnd is activated on my no. The person who picked up my call at the customer care was very rude and did not even take my complain. Please take action against him.Such people should not be employed as they ruin the image of the organisation. And do let me know why did u deduct my balance?

This is to state that I was using reliance GSM no 9555552784 in the year 2010-11 and surrender the same in the year 2011 itself due to unsatisfactory services. I had due of approx Rs 700 and they were asking for Rs 2000 approximately and then a representative came for full and final settlement and I had paid Rs 1000, he gave me in written that there have been no dues on your mobile no 9555552784. But now after 5 months I have started receiving threatening calls from the company lawyers for taking me to court. Now they have started asking for Rs 2000 again.
Please advise what to do.

Reliance GSM is doing regular fraud with customers. Any service is activated any time and balance is deducted from prepaid account. Customer care is worst. I log complaint for one deduction, next day, another deduction happens.

Network connectivity is very poor.

my no is 8882304263.me totally fed up from reliance service provider.its been more than 5 months since my complain no 198 not getting.i visited several time at r world no output.mail nodal officer no output.call nodal officer personally no output.over that i call these people if i have to make complain anything on *333 which is a paid call.my wrong deduction of sms also got deducted by reliance of rs28.me using pack on rs 26.an they charged me of rs 28 for 15 days for the pack of 56 rs which me not using.i asked them to deactivate this rs 56 pack which is automatically activated from your end.so they deactivated my 26rs sms pack an rs 56 sms pack too.when me called them they refuse to refund my amount of rs 28 which has been deducted from my account.i asked them to activate my rs 26 pack they told me you using 56 sms pack.but me been using rs 26 sms.so i leave the argument because me not having that time.but its a simple thing if me using a pack of rs 56 then why i will make a complain to deactivate it an refund my amount whats the use in that an over that why would i make complain through a paid call.so leave the argument and next day on 5 jan got recharge of rs 26 for sms pack from the retail.on 9 jan my 26rs sms got deactivated automatically.i called the customer care executive on *333 thats my sms has been deactivated automatically from your end.so plz activated it.i asked him twice or thrice that my balance not gona get deducted na if you gona activated it.he said no your balance not gona get deducted.but after that to my balance got deducted.i called them again they didnt listen me and hang up my phone for 20 min.so i request you to make my 198 customer care complain get to work for me.and i want both my rs 26 and rs 28 refunded back to me.and now i want that all the amount which me spend on calling reliance mobility service provider on there fault should be refunded back to me.

3 months back I had Subscribed for Rs19/- SMS pack which is 1ps/sms, Next moth it is AUTO RENEWED with Rs39/- SMS pack which is free sms pack and deducting 1ps/sms. after calling on toll free 198 they gave me SR No:169459267 but my problem not rectified yet.
