this is the complaint against reliance mobile the worst mobile service provider whois intended for the customer money rather than the service.

They are keep on decudting the balance without any notification to the customer and even not responding over 198 and later on barring the customer to reach on 198 as they have no ans to justify why the amount has deducted.tow time continously the balance has decucted from my account and when given the complaint there is no ans. I want to reach to any level to screw the happiness of reliance if some one guide me to on. I want my amount back at any cost may it be rs.1, but want it back. The same thing happening to my friends also.

I am Anwesha,an user of reliance gsm 09774195883, would like to inform you about the number barred.Last night,till 9 p.m in was receiving the outgoing and incoming services.But all of a sudden my outgoing services was barred.I tried to call the customer care and have a talk with the executive but that could not be done.I am not at all understanding this problem.

Now I am in trouble by using Reliance GSM service. Yesterday i have checked my mobile balance and found 30/- was deducted from my account, though i was not activated any service or i am not doing anything. This is not the first time i am facing the same kind of problem.


Kindly take the complaint and send me the complaint id and refund the balance as early as possible.

I use Reliance mobile no. bearing +91-9864248580 since last 7 years and this is a postpaid number. Unfortunately, the service provider is unable to give me the hard copy of bill from last 1 year. I contact to nodal officer, Assam, but she also failed to resolve it permanently.
I hope a reply from you for a permanent solution.

recharge problem & no response from customer care.

I am arpan sarkar using reliance gsm no 9835320961 sms pack of 39 was activated on my number ON 7 april 2012 around 2.45 pm I called customer care and told them to deactivate my sms pack and they took request against it and told me it will be deactivated in 3hrs. I called thm again after some hr yesterday and they told me it is already deactivated.
But on 8.4.2012 morning 20 rupees deducted from my account for sms pack and when I called customer care on 8.4.12 for the whole day they told their system is down.



Now reliance have deactivate my call to 198 customer care. So that I cant complain against them. I is complete cheating and I want help from all of you to rise the voice against reliance for this unethical services.And they also told they will not refund money.

I want my money back and want to know why and how can reliance deduct money for the service that I am not using . and who will responsible for the time that I loose for them and the harassment that I suffered.
