    Angry vodafone to airtel-basically airtel number

    Hi,
    My number is 9500533259, I ported it to Airtel & I got message from 1901
    Namaste! Your Request Validated by Donor and Porting Time: 2012-07-20 23:25:00.881 on July 20 th 5.20pm after 00:52:00.15 my old sim wasnot working & I inserted new sim today morning July 21 th 8:00:00 but i am not able to make any calls or receive any, even 123 is also not dialing.
    Please look into this.

    Hi.
    I was using Docomo and I was fine with their network but only problem I faced their customer care.
    So, I decided to change it to Airtel as I already have a Vodafone connection.
    I went with the MNP [7795412856] and I received a sms that by 11:55 [July 25, 2012] my number will be ported to Airtel.
    After 12 midnight [July 26, 2012] the Docomo sim got unregistered but the Airtel one was not activated. I called 198 from that same sim I was just unable to explain them. They were saying I have to wait for 7 more days. Their interpretation skill is so low that they could not understand that the number is already been ported to Airtel.

    When I tried to explain more they just hung up the call. This is my first experience and forcing me to think that somehow spend 3 months that I can port it to Vodafone as I am experiencing a superb service on my other phone from Vodafone.

    May I know what's the mistake I have done that I had to experience that?

    Don't you train the call center guys?

    I just don't to let go my this number, otherwise I would have gone with other service provider.

    Hi ,
    My number is 8892405767, I ported it to Airtel & I got message from 1901
    Namaste! Your Request Validated by Donor and Porting Time: 2012-07-26 22:25:00.990. On 26th after 11 PM my old sim was not working then i inserted new airtel sim which was also not working. I was loosing my patient because of airtel customer care people's behavior.
    Please look into this and get me a solution.

    Respected Sir,
    I am Ripan singha from Naihati north 24 parganas(n) West bengal. I had applied to the Number portablity(my number : 9903204697) on 12 september 2012 to uninor. Reliance is not releasing my number. I got a message that "your mnp request has been rejected". But I am having this connection before 6-7 months back.
    When calling to Reliance customer care they rejects my call.
    Please help me sir.

    Default Mnp 9811506665

    Hi,

    I have requested my number 9811506665 to be port out two times which was not acknowledged by AirTel/rejected and the same has already been discussed with customer care, they did not provide any information why it was rejected. Please let me know what next steps would be to get it done.

    I have also requested my address to be updated and submitted my documents two weeks ago at AirTel store which has not been updated yet.
