I had recharged my airtel no. With 3g data voucher. But till date I never ever got 3g speed. I had complained this to customer care several times, but they just ask me some silly & stupid questions which even a 5th standard student can answer. For example, "does your phone support 3g?". Of course my phone supports 3g & I am not getting 3g speed, that's why I am asking you to solve my problem. These customer care people have asked me many such silly questions every time I complain to them. Now I am irritated with these people and I don't want them to contact me any more. This is not only happening to me but everybody (my friends & family) in my area. Even I bought a new airtel sim card and tried, but again same result. So after trying everything (changing modem, sim, etc) I came to conclusion that this problem is of airtel network and it has nothing to do with my modem, mobile or sim. Other networks work fine with them. My area details are as follows:

and one more thing, I contacted 3-4 times to customer care to deactivate 3g, but it was also never deactivated. Only messages came to me that 3g will be deactivated within 4hrs. Now I am fed up & irritated with all this thing and airtel people. So please don't contact me as it is problem of overall area and it has nothing to do with me or my 3g devices. Hope problem solves after typing so long. Today I have logged into websites like grahakseva.com, indiaconsumerforum.org and registered same complaint. Now I am copy pasting it here and will also send it to their email address. Lets see if it is resolved or not.
