My name is Krishna Deepak, my mobile number is 9399980001, it's a Reliance CDMA, I tried porting request in November and did not receive the code , I called the customer care and later it was sent, I dont know why it was not sent the first time when I requested.I submitted the request code RA727227 which was valid till 01-Dec-2011 to Airtel Postpaid and they processed the application on 28-Nov-2011 but there was no response from Reliance, they had no clue about the status of my MNP.

I have reapplied for porting request on 12-Dec-2011 and did not receive the code again, later I called up the customer care and gave the code to Airtel to do the application process again, the new code provided to me is RA785154 . The very next day i.e on 13-12-2011, My porting request got rejected by Reliance stating that it's a contractual obligation. I called customer care and they had no clue, they took my Airtel SIM number which I was supposed to get ported to and registered a complaint.

Reliance please resolve this issue quickly. I am really disappointed.
