    Default MNP Issue from Airtel.

    Hi Sir,


    This is 9890943943. I have raised request to move from Airtel to Vodafone.


    My request has been rejected by Airtel for 6 times now for "Contractual Obligations". Whenever I tried to contact airtel for a reason they give some stupid reasons like change your plan, unbilled amount is not clear, you have another request raised with us. I have cleared all the issues that was told to me by the Airtel customer care executive but still Airtel is rejecting my MNP request for the "Contractual Obligations".

    Also I have written a mail to the Nodal office Airtel Maharashtra but still I have'nt received any response from there either.

    Please suggest me how do I go about it and get my MNP through.

    Hello,

    I have contacted the Airtel customer care and I am told that if I write an email to 121@in.airtel.com saying "remove my contractual obligation" the issue will be solved. So I have written an email to airtel for the same but there is no response from them.

    Please assist me how I can escalate this issue and get it done as soon as possible.

    This is 9651779651 I have raised request to move from Airtel to reliance


    My request has been rejected by Airtel for 6 times now for "[COLOR=#009900 !important]Contractual[/COLOR] Obligations".
