I have been using vodafone postpaid since last 5 months and it was the worst experience for any kind of services, provided by vodafone whether, you take internet data card, network all are amazingly lazy but the problems and call barring issues i think they are the best. i bought this connection in late june 2011 and in first week of july they (vodafone) activated call barring (blocked both outgoing calls, sms, incoming calls , sms as well as internet facility) dont know what they thought about why people use mobiles. At that time i faced this call barring issue for more than 20 days, their customer care is like a government pension office everyone passes the work to others or put the call on hold and start promoting their company share value, position, rewards, achievements or vodafone customer delights, they should first learn how to satisfy the customer then go for this thing, so called Delights. After facing this problem i have been gone through network and internet problems many times like in metros, north west delhi but in last week of november (28 november 2011) they again activated call barring on both incoming and outgoing calls then on 29 november i visited vodafone ministore in Rohini sec-16 where vodafone's executive gave me assurity that it will start working in 2-4 hours because his store was going to be closed at sometime and he showed me that he's so busy on his laptop like our PM is discussing some lokpal issues with him, he didnt even bothered to listen me for any other problem. but as he said, calls started on my no.on 29 nov. but after 1 day i realised that there is only outgoing and no incoming so now my fone is like 1 at the public booth or coin box, you can make a call and you have to pay for it but dont even think of getting a call.
After that i have been calling vodafone customer care mailing them but always they say it will start working in 24 hours. During that i have been gone through various customer care executives first one put me on hold, second one transferred my call to vodafone customer delights, third one said it will be activated in 24 hours and then i asked him what is the reason of putting me in call barring then he said you have one alternate no. which have some pending unpaid bill so we have deactivated yours services i said waaat!!!, because i dnt have any alternate no. of vodafone. and then another executive said that its nothing to do with billing of your alnernate no., services will be availed on your no. in 24 hours i.e. on 8 december. After all this my brother visited vodafone store on the same day, they assured that services will be availed as soon as i pay the bill it was really funny my credit limit is Rs 2500 my bill generated on 19th of every month and for the month of november the billing amount was Rs 1188 on the due date of december 2011 this seems like a global tel company is gone desperate for Rs 1188 and not ready to wait for the billing date, they blocked the services 11 days before. Every month few days before they start calling their customer and ask when will you pay, how will pay but i think actually they just want to know would i pay or not and this month they didnt even called or might be they called but not bothered of doing something about my weird callertune " the no. is temporarily out of service" . I paid the bill on 8 dec 2011 but still they are living in their virtual world of zoozoos.
Its been 13 days and i have spoke to aprox 9-10 customer executives on call, visited vodafone ministore 5 times, my brother visited vodafone store one time and in between your executive from vodafone ministore, sec- 16, rohini have completed his 2 week leave.

a famous person said customer is god but i think for you customer is dog, you also shown that wherever you go, dog follows and we are following you. Its our mistake we didnt got your zoozoo mythology.
