There is a scheme called 'vodafone tuesday' where you can get one movie ticket free on purchase of one movie ticket.
I had messeged to vodafone for vodafone tuesday movie. I received a coupon, but when I went to get my movie ticket, I got to know that the offer is not valid as it is a bank holiday.
Here I have two complaints.
1. When the coupon is not valid, why do they provide it on public holidays?
2. When I called vodafone customer care to tell this complaint, the person was not accepting my complaint.
When I wanted to speak with his manager, a person "Vikas Wagh", as he told his name to be, came on call.
This person was very arrogent and did not even listen to me. Also, he refused to give me the reference number for that perticular call.
When I told him that I want to escalate the matter, he refused to call his supervisor on phone or even give his supervisor's contact. However, he said that he would arrange a call for me with his supervisor within next two ours, which I never received.

The person even told me that he's not worried even if I complain against him and that my complaints to nodal officer of vodafone, or to consumer court will go in vein.
This all happened on 5th December 2011, between 9:15 and 9:45 pm, Monday, and I was trying to get a free movie ticket for 6th december which was a tuesday.
