Dear sir i am a subscriber of Tata Docomo Western U.p services.
I am so much aggrieved to inform you that last night i was talking to a customer care Mr SONU, i don't recall the exact time but as i remember it was 12;25 when my account got deducted withoput any msg or informing,
I contacted custmer care of TATA DOCOMO there was do some arguements bcz my balance was deducted without any notices,
There is an unwanted service of Models alert that i have got unsubscribed but due to some atrocities of customer care it gets active and whenever i recharge my accout it becomes pro active and my balance starts decreasing,
Whenever i contact any customer care they do not listen to me rather they just pleade that "" sir aapne udhar se khud se ye service activate kari hogi yhan se koi service nahin lagai jatio hei"" which is absolutely wrong wrong and wrong.
on my insistance they promise me to stop that service but that remains only the promise not the reality.
As the case was last daye i.e 09-12-2011, when i recharged my account my account was previously deducted by RS10, as it usually used to.
When i contacted customer care and there were some arguments because of the same, they disconnected my call and even, just to make me irritated and to take revenge of the arguments, A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE NAMED ""SONU"" Whom i was talking to, after disconnecting my call, willingly deducted my account balance by activating the frivulous "" KNOW YOUR STATE SERVICE.''''
And the cunning he did is very interesting that at the same moments he deactivated that service just to make me troubles and nothing more,
Although i had threatened him of dire consequences if he does any manhandling with my balane but to get the revenge he did so.
Therefore i request you to kindly take this as seriously as hooliganism of CUSTOMER CARE and give me the justice.
