SIR,
This is damn irritating and unfortunate to know that in the name of providing serivices some mobile companies are
doing froud with the costumors.
actually i bought a new sim of virgin (my no. is 8604531496),they promised to give free internet access but after
i bought that i realised none of the software(all java software including opera mini,nimbuzz,ebuddy,online games etc.) is running with internet, i am getting an error no
data connection available,i complained to customer care of the concerned company,they replied they dont have responsibility for third party access...
but the reality is that when i was using my earlier sim,all these software were well accessed but this fraud company is
not giving satisfactory response and looting customers with the third class network and even more worst false promises...
i consiously want a strong and harsh refraining step should be taken against this fraud and cheap mentality company...
