This is Dilip Thalla of 9966554144, it was on the afternoon of 15th Oct 2011 i got a call from Vodafone, as a privileged customer Vodafone has offered me a new postpaid offer of plan 269+30(149-basic plan,75-3 vodafone number unlimited free calling,45 v-v 10p/sec & v-other 30p/sec,200 local min & 200 sms,30Rs-3000local sms) as i liked the offer submitted the details on 15th Oct 2011 to Mr.P Nagaraj (9985338782) at Basheer Bagh Hyd and on 19th Oct i was migrated to postpaid.
As my plan was not being updated I was in contact with Mr.Nagaraj and as he dint have enough information he asked me to contact Mr.Karthik(9985338630), Mr.Karthik assured the updation will be done before my bill is generated but nothing of that sort was done and my bill was generated under plan 149 of amount 2564.81. From 12th Nov outgoing has been barred I have been to Vodafone store several times and also many complain number where issued(1327117454) but there was of no use.
I request you to unbar my outgoing as soon as possible and provide waiver for the excess amount that has been billed.
