My self Mohammed Yunus had purchased Nokia 500 from Reliance digital Vidyanagar Hubli, on 12-09-11. After two days of use it gave a problem it was Rebooting after a constant usage. I first visited to Nokia Care in Dharwad then the problem was not solved by them, then i took the mobile to the vender ie Reliance Digital they said me it would take around 15 to 20 days to rectify the problem and they gave the mobile to Nokia care which is located in Hubli IT Park and till today it is more then 2 months the mobile is still with the Nokia Care Hubli when i went to check the status of my mobile, instead of responding to my problem they behave very rude with me the guy and the lady i forgot their names working in shop said me that it would take more then 2 months still if i need i should wait or else take my mobile and get out of their shop. This is Very Very Bad CUSTOMER CARE from your side. I to worked for an MNC company like Cisco i know the priority of job and how to deal with my Customers.
