We were told about a CUG tariff plan by a vodafone exective. We accepted it. But the plan we acutally got was different from the one which we were verbally offered. By the time we discoverd their deceit, the comapany had already ported 5 of our numbers to their network. After this we tried filing written complaint at their office several times, but they refused to accept it ( indirectly, by making us wait or asking us to come later etc). We are disgusted by their behaviour. Every month we recieve bills to numbers which we have discontinued using and they refuse to port back our numbers!
