To BSNL Authority,

Sir i have a BSNL Dosti Connection, i only buy this sim and recharge time to time from 3yr. only for the Unlimited facility but now BSNL turn off this Unlimited plan without any periodical notice, i think it is Unjustified. I request to BSNL authority that please turn on this plan, this request from our hart point.

BSNL has changed dosti plan with infor to his customer..before it was unlimited call in beetween dosti both connection but they changed to 30min/day..its not acceptable..unlimited to 30min/day???? i need action on bsnl..please help. From Gulfam Alli

From unlimited to 30mins/day this is injustice.I need necessary action on it.if any sort of instructions are there to remove this unlimited offer then atleast make it half of a day or one fourth of a day for a sim but this is typically injustice.

what bsnl is doing??
After the free minutes bsnl is chargeing rs. 0.20/min...

My name is prasun Mond am having a BSNL Dosti SIM (9477289633) which provides unlimited call to my other dosti SIM (********32) on General Prepaid Scheme. In your advertisement you had said that this is a lifetime scheme. Certainly BSNL announces that the tariff plan has change “Dosti Unlimited free call will be limited by 30 minutes/day as per revised tarrif plan w.e.f. 09.12.11″ on 08/12/2011 without any prior notice to me . I was not aware of the plan change before hand. I have bought the SIM only for the unlimited free offer to that other particular dosti no. which is now not possible. So I want a judgement immediately on the above topic due to which I am having problem taking to the other person on the other end.

Pls sirs,I request u again to think about this limited dosti plan scheme & take needful action as soon as possible otherwise we should change our sim.

with due respect,i am using dosti Sim for last 3 years.my no.-9432687546.when i buy the dosti Sim it is absolutely free talk with my other no.-94326*****. few days ago dated 08/12/2011 bsnl authorities have change their mood without given a prior information to their customer they withdraw free facility.it is totally forgery case,please do something for all bsnl customer.we will be very much thankful to you if you do something.if you do nothing then me and all other dosti customers of my circle withdraw their connection.

To BSNL Authority, I am a regular user of BSNL cellular network connection service.My BSNL Mobile No is-9477416152.It is on "Dosti" Tariff Plan.In this tarrif plan it was unlimited free calls in another one Dosti no.I have been using this tariff more than two years.Now from 2-3 days BSNL company is giving a message that thay have been changed the unlimited tariff plan to 30minute/day to that Dosti number. Sir now I want to know that after reads the service provider's regulation we accept the unlimited Dosti Plan,Now service provider can change the tariff at any time, at any moment...???Are the service provider has full power to change any Tarrif plan??If that ,no tariff plan has no parmanent stability...???If the tariff is interchangeable,why at the time of connection given by a service provider a tariff is to be fixed for that particular plan(as like Dosti plan).I have also informed this issue to your BSNL customer care but they didnot give any answer about this matter..So i am writing you to know about this issue...

Me, Baishali Dutta Chowdhury, having dosti connection (9477430380)from last 1.5years. when i have taken DOSTI connection with the number 9477430379 it was life time connection but suddenly without any long term notice the time has been reduced to 30minutes/day from unlimited, moreover there is no stability in tariff plan and recharge issue also. so I am trying to draw your attention about the matter where there is no stable plan and BSNL authority has cheated with dosti customers because they gave their advertisement with unlimited call offer with lifetime validity but the main scheme has been revised.
My earnest request to think over this matter otherwise we shoud compelled port our connection to other.

I am using BSNL dosti connection for 3 yrs.
A pair of SIM costs me Rs 299 & after that we were recharging for validity.

But from 9th Nov,the plan is withdrawn without any suitable reason.
My complaints are:

1.We have bought those SIM's with more price than normal BSNL prepaid SIM.
We maintained the validity period as mentioned in the plan detail.

So,How can BSNL cheat with us by withdrawing this feature suddenly.?

2.As these SIM's costed us more..what are the special facility/plan we are getting than normal BSNL prepaid SIM..?

3.There are no clause mentioned in the DOSTI plan details(please refer the above link) that says that it is a promotional offer or it can be withdrawn at any point of time.

So why there are sudden mode change of BSNL..?


As a consumer I have full faith in CONSUMER COURT...
Can you please take these issue as early as possible to our "respected" Telecom minister KAPIL SIBBAL who inherited the characteristic of CHEATING from his predecessor A RAJA....So that they can do whatever they can @ the cost of aam aadmi's hard earned money....
