    Angry Complainst against airtel -VAS, plan changed.

    HELLO I have been using my airtel card with number 9766039660 since 4 years. When I bought it, it was a friend's plan card, and i used it for three and half years. Six months back, i wanted to switch to Vodafone, but airtel gave me a better offer, and I decided to remain with airtel. Now, all of sudden on December 1, 2011, my call rates were hiked. When I called the customer care, they told me my offer had expired, though while giving me the offer i wasn't told that it was a limited term offer. I told them to switch me back to friend's plan, but they did not listen. Then yesterday, I was low on balance, when i realised that my balance was getting deducted for no reason. When i contacted the customer care, they told an offer 'model of the Day' was activated on my mobile since 11 november, 2011. I told them i did not apply for any such service, but they did not listen, then i told them if such a service was activated, then am not getting any messages or services related to such an offer, and asked them to return my balance. But they are not listening to me. They did not even give me a complaint ID , when i asked for it. Please help me.

    hi maansi

    don,t try to go with vodafone. they also make fool to consumers. vodafone is bad experience for me. now a days they also just doing time pass with consumers. there customer care executive having no knowledge about there service. from last one week i'm calling to there customer care and every executive give to me different reply and cut the phone instead of any solution.

    so please careful from vodafone.
